Steinbrenner field is a significant upgrade from the Trop. It looks like a ball park. Stands are full, sun is shining, it looks like baseball.

The Only Nolan was a below average pitcher with an above average name. The 2nd ever Canadian to play in the majors, Nolan was blacklisted by the NL for confirmed dissipation and general insubordination. Upon his return in 1883, he continued to suck and was eventually released.

Bob Addy opened the floodgates in 1871, becoming the first Canadian to play in the majors. Addy was also the first player to slide in an organized game. In 2021, Addy was inducted into the Canadian baseball hall of fame! Unfortunately he wasn’t able to attend the ceremony.

The Joker enjoyed a successfull stint in the Gotham State Pen league, leading cell block 8 to the league championship. However his disappearance in the 3rd inning of the championship game via a spring loaded board will forever leave him one of the greatest what if’s in history
