Durch den Wegfall der USA sind alle verbliebenen Länder also gleicher und die Verhandlungen demokratischer. Das wiederum ist die Grundlage für ein stärkeres Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl nach dem Motto "Wir sitzen alle im gleichen Boot".
Die #USA sind aus den #Klimaverhandlungen ausgestiegen und niemand glaubt, dass sie so bald zurückkommen. Wer nun die Lücke füllt, ist aber die falsche Frage. Das Gefüge der Länder sortiert sich ganz neu.
