NYC is *not* as real a place as “any town in Alabama”. It is vastly *more* real. Same with LA, Chicago, etc. It is the town in Alabama that is the weird outlier.

I am not sure I was right but I voted against changing it at the last minute. While it would boost turnout the issue is how it interacts with the primary calendar. Other than this fakakta election when we do the general is not the main issue.
