Today marks the one month anniversary of my Flank Hernia Surgery. I can finally remove the binder that I've been wearing for a month straight. The surgeon said it was "a real mess in there," but he was able to add the mesh and get it repaired. I have been recovering well.

So had my Hernia Surgery last week. Well feeling better today! Didn’t even need my Extra Strength Tylenol today! Now am I still in pain? Yes, but am doing a lot better!

Ugh...been a day....partly good partly bad....getting a new phone next month, but found out I have a large hernia on my side that was a result of a surgery I had on my hip and pelvis...soooo now Im probably going to have to have another surgery to fix it...
