So, last weekend we were at a fundraiser and someone brought a kid that was bark-coughing, rosy cheeked and glassy eyed... @powhatanfolf.bsky.social and I were like "I swear if we get sick"

I cannot tell you HOW long I've been dying to try Borscht. Mostly because I LOVE beets.
Gotta get used to the flavor but after a few bites? 🥰
Even better topped with sour cream and a side of sour dough bread.

It looks like this as a solid, but when melted it kinda looks like somewhere between melted candle wax and oil and I just... I /need/ to know the viscosity. 😫
