Like in this Saint Seiya game where after you lose to anything but a super, you get this dramatic STAND THE FUCK UP cutscene to mash out of.

But the more you lose the more the mashing becomes humanly impossible so you get hilarity like a character oscillating forward and backward through it

I can pick almost any lore bit in WotI, and recite it to my traditional pathfinder 1e loving housemate, and cause immense agony. I do get where he's coming from tho. These pathfinder lore events/changes are pretty drastic and I would be lying if I said I liked them all. Some feel a bit cartoony.
