trillion per year by 2035……..

Developing countries need at a bare minimum $1.3 trillion a year starting immediately until 2030, NOT a vague ambition to eventually maybe hopefully get that amount one decade late.

Main difference in latest draft text is the mention of establishing a “Baku to Belem” roadmap that lays out a meaningful process to aligning the global finance system towards achieving the $1.3 trillion goal by 2035…
