I was at the open day of the ICC in Berlin this year, and matched the environment coincidentally. Of course I had to capture that (thanks to my friend for taking the pictures!)

I've been doing some group strength training, it's the kind of exercises you'd do at the gym except that they take the thinking out of it for you, and it's honestly great. I really dislike having to track reps, sets, breaks, weights, different exercises. This setup allows me to just do 💪

I watched Flow last night and it absolutely deserves its praise. What a beautiful and moving movie. The animals all have so much personality and the world is intriguing. A few tears were shed 🥹
