Me to my haters as I put up Halloween decorations in August. Again.
I have a feeling Rosewood isn't going to be as chill about the tree as Bearclaw was last year. I'm hoping for shenanigans.
Bearclaw is going to be upset when I finally take down the Christmas tree. He's been drinking out of the stand for a month. This morning he sat under it meowing and scratching the tree skirt to let me know it needed more water.

When people are wrong, and they double down on being wrong, and are proudly wrong with their whole chest, it lodges in my brain on a loop and I cannot let it go. This is less a feature and more of a bug, and it seems to be getting worse as I get older. I would like it to stop.

The raccoons are out of control. They've been showing up as early as 6/6:30.

I love Thanksgiving and I am not remotely excited for it this year. I thought I would watch Son in Law and make pumpkin pie to try to get in the spirit, and I'm now seeing it is no longer streaming free on Hulu, because we can't have nice things.

I have 2 friends in the same office - one who's newly back after 6+ years away and the other took her old job when she left - they could not be more different, and they do not get along, but I love them both.

I have a new way to identify Blaze without checking out his swimsuit area. Male possums have a musk scent gland on their chest that looks like a yellow patch. I can't see it on the porch camera because of the lights, and the old possum condo cam was really outdated. The new one shows it perfectly.
