I written off this run of...ummm... button mushrooms in 3 x 30l totes full of bulk substrate a few days ago but now I check on it and if it goes off like I think it might I'm short by about 7 food dehydrators.

As an ex Top Jeff, the first two seasons were among the best "TV" content that's emerged in years, but $4 Fak 'n Cheese makes me worry that The Bear's jumped the shark before they've even begun to serve up season 3

Decided to try my hand at another run of, uhhh, Portobello crosses.
Using a 3:2:1 (by weight) mixture of farm-fresh composted horse manure, compressed wheat hay pellets, and timothy hay. Hydrated to "field capacity" (drips when squeezed), turkey bagged, and into a 200°F oven.

I've retro-fit old chest freezers, lined rooms with panda film, and even assembled a 100% self contained room with custom, home-made, pre-fabbed, insulated panels but this is the first tent I've ever assembled and I'm left asking myself "witaf we're you thinking, dude?!"

I'm currently half-assing my way through a run myself for the first time in over 3 years and it's honestly a miracle I've gotten this far, but this one was more about trying my hand at liquid culture (so i could play with a magnetic stirrer) anyway
