I mean there's not really a way to fix bunching on this route imo. The delays through overlea and thorncliffe park exceed whatever route management style you apply. Conditions change rapidly and unpredictable.

First time getting a train from Mount Dennis.

some surprisingly nice infrastructure happening in London. Segregated cycle lanes with floating bus stops on Fanshawe Park. Nice streetscaping on Dundas. Density and infill going in around the city centre.

Pedestrian access to this station needs work. Having to go all the way around line this from the south sucks. Dor way to centennial parkway is exit only.

What does a 56 sec faster crossing time add up to? On Spadina, accounting for just major intersections, this could save 9 mins off a roundtrip or about a 17% faster trip. This doesn't yet consider the numerous mid-block stops or other slow orders on the route that could also be optimised.

... and the significant delay imposed by blank slow order through special track work policy. 18 seconds is nothing to scoff at considering the number of track intersections some routes cross. Adds around 3 mins of unnecessary runtime for Spadina on a roundtrip from extra crossing time alone.

TSP is important in shaving the time down for the GVB vehicle, but note the actual moving time. The GVB vehicle takes 18 seconds from start of movement to clearing while the TTC vehicle takes 36 seconds from start of movement to clearing. This shows the importance of quality junction infrastructure.
