I never got it as a kid, but now that I’m a parent I get why my dad would sometimes just sit in the car by himself, blowing the the black horn of Astaroth, burning raven’s feathers, and mumbling prayers to a dark and terrible god.

Playing Blasphemous sort of blind and I definitely reached a final boss that feels like a bad end final boss, because there are a ton of places and at least one or two movement options still to unlock. 😅
