Here’s my eye protection that I have to wear for 2 weeks, even when I sleep. They had it taped to my face, but I tend to have allergic reactions to adhesives, so I put an elastic ribbon on instead. They put a purple mark above my eye before the surgery to be sure they were doing the correct eye.

I’m a big fan of netsuke. Here’s one of my favorites.

I don’t crochet any more because my left hand gets painful holding the thread tension. I used to do miniatures and my fave was making hats. Also did teacups and this was the smallest, it’s sitting on a dime.
Very tiny crocheted cup and saucer, variegated pink, blue, and white. The saucer is smaller than a dime.

My friend in Italy inherited this lovely trulli house. It’s so amazing.
