I was trying to DIY exposure therapy myself a year ago but the whole being stuck indoors becoming more debilitatingly unwell thing put a stop to that entirely.

Yeah, I need therapy. I'm trying to make that a thing I can access, but uh, 'spensive innit. Buuuuut still. Ew. I don't feel *badly* towards queer/trans communities, ofc, but it does feel like my entire nervous system is on fire
