I’m aware that episode aired before the Hill abduction and is used to suggest that’s where their description came from, but that does not look like depictions of the Greys that people like Strieber and others describe. There’s not a media depiction like that that predates the phenomenon

Carbondale for two years now has held a UFO festival to celebrate this event. I was there today, it was fun. They even had a hot air balloon.
