so there are different colleges? i always heard people say “going to college,” which made it sound like there was just one of them, like “going to france” or something. but if there are lots of different colleges they need to come up with different names and colors and such so we can tell them apart

they're trying to keep a lid on this, but major league baseball is now down to its last bat. for the rest of cubs-brewers, currently in progress this afternoon, all batters will share the bat. if the bat breaks that's the end of the sport. after that we'll most likely see a laser tag revival

i'm tired of people telling me that the houston texans aren't real. obviously they are not real in the literal sense. i don't think anyone is saying they are. but they impart lessons that have a lot of truth to them. god never intended them to be taken at face value

i don't mean to single out baseball fans here, because you see this in lots of fan communities, but in certain corners people talk as though baseball is real. they think all the players are real people and the stadiums are places you can actually visit. to each their own, but that cannot be healthy
