I haven’t quite landed here or made any friends, Facebook is depressing, TikTok is dead, Twitter is a winning loser’s graveyard paradise and Reddit is full of chumps (and by chumps I mean basic people more often than not possessing a glans deferens). Back to real life I must go? Nooooooo!

9 years ago, I was diagnosed with PTSD after witnessing my partner’s death. 2016 was the darkest year of my life as I struggled with the aftermath. This election cycle has brought up a lot of those emotions, giving a new place for that darkness to exist—this time I’ll reach out instead of go inward.

I’m not getting too much interaction so far on Bluesky but I’ll keep trying. It certainly feels like less of a shitshow than all other social media right now. Hi, I’m Chelsea and I am obsessed with the reproductive structures of plants.
