most people i know who say online school “was terrible” really mean “i had to parent my child” or “i believe students cheated more than usual” (they did not, and academic dishonesty is a symptom of overburdened students and poor lesson design, but i digress)

honestly, i did better in virtual school (and am still fully online completing my degree) because i am disabled, and i am able to apply more of my energy into my work while also not having to contend with the nazis i went to school with as a jewish student
