made some contact info trading cards for my local community meeting tomorrow!
an array of handmade calling cards, decorative-side-up. some are crayon doodles and watercolor, many are pen-and ink with an array of small dots and hearts in blue, most are also decorated with rubber stamps of flowers, leaves, "hello," and opossoms saying "awesome." a select few are sparkly, my best watercolor attempt at an ssr/foil trading card, because i am a magic the gathering nerd at heart.

i’m just going to put out there, as someone who’s ended up in multiple abusive relationships with musk-types, we don’t know what kind of coercion and potential abuse may be going on behind closed doors.

being the richest person on earth means there’s always an inherent power dynamic at play.
the power and control wheel, a diagram which shows the different facets of abuse that may be used to flex power and control and eventually enact physical and/or sexual violence toward an intimate partner. the categories are: using intimidation using emotional abuse using isolation minimizing, denying, and blaming using children using male/patriarchal privilege using economic abuse and, lastly, using coercion and threats this is adapted by the cleveland clinic from the duluth method of domestic abuse intervention and rehabilitation.

Discussion The aim of this study was to provide the first estimate of life expectancy for UK adults diagnosed with ADHD. We found that adults diagnosed with ADHD are living shorter lives than they should: the apparent years of life lost for males was around 7 years, and for females, 9 years, compared with the general population. We believe that this is unlikely to be because of ADHD itself and likely caused by modifiable factors such as smoking, and unmet mental and physical health support and unmet treatment needs. The findings illustrate an important inequity that demands urgent attention.
