Big and dangerous news. Two thoughts:
1) this funding can’t legally be revoked without a formal administrative hearing and judicial review. 42 USC sec. 2000d-1, 2.
2) going after Columbia first, which has been quite aggressive in cracking down on protests, sends a message that no university is safe.
