Following three miserable failures, this is the result of feeding the sourdough a bit of Greek yoghurt and a soupçon of commercial yeast (otherwise also known as “cheating”).

That said, I will break a lance for the variety that is poppy seed, and nigella :)

Apparently it’s dead simple to make your own sea salt chocolate at home. All it needs is some couverture, silicone molds and of course, coarse salt.

And this is what our cities could look like everywhere if we invested just a bit in design and modern infrastructure. Seriously, Auckland puts New York and San Francisco to shame, it's a bloody marvel.
