I fully disagree that DLC should be eligible for GOTY.

It instantly has an advantage of its own IP's popularity, and you have to own said IP to even play the DLC.

Some DLCs are fantastic, but it's called GAME of the year, not 'A Smaller Version Of Game Of The Year'
