Today is my first day back to work after work after being made redundant a month ago. One one hand it's kind of exciting to see where this goes, on the other hand I've sat on my arse and played video games for a month and now i have to go do stuff for money again 🤢

We just spent part of our morning on the dog beach and it's made me remember that I absolutely did not move to Australia for the sand, sea and sun.

I never thought being made redundant would have made me more confident than I've ever been, I actually thought it would be the opposite.
I got way too comfortable, relied on them too much, didn't think I could do anything else.

So, I took a little time away from social media to get my job hunting affairs in order and I can happily say I've accepted a great offer. VERY good pay, role development and a company vehicle.
