Also it’s incredibly boring to only ever leave the house for doctors and to collect medication. I miss just taking some home dinner and sitting at the beach to eat. I just want to do simple things like that again.

The government is dictating your access needs by demanding face to face (yes that one is complex, but all of this is complex. Broadly, KPIs are a scam & do not ensure quality.)

In a tender document, the government put in a dozen KPIs, including that 90 per cent of urgent assessments should be done within 10 days and that 95 per cent of assessments should be face-to-face.
