Rakfisk. It's a traditional Norwegian dish of salted, fermented fish. Everyone always thinks of lutefisk, which to this day is a semi-common holiday dish for Norwegian-Americans. Rakfisk is similarly vile, but it inexplicably enjoys a better reputation.
