I've seen ads on YouTube and Grindr that are explicitly about taking a photo of someone else and making an AI video of them making out with you.

I think a large part of it is that if they sell the premise then some people stand to make a lot of money selling AI classes.

Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna said we need to build "AI Academies" and I wished the interviewers forced him to explain specifically what those would be.

I hate that this list is basically what rich people/the media have been trying to transform the concept of a podcast into. The only way it could get lower is if one of those "washed up sitcom actor rewatches their old show" podcasts was on here.

The thing people bring up the most is the 30% cut. Which, okay, they could afford to take less. But also that's the standard for major platforms so idk why Steam gets uniquely called out for it.

On /co/ I've seen so many people who seem to have actual grudges against her as if she's a real person who needs to be held to account. They're still mad at 10+ year old episodes and draw deranged pictures like this to show how evil she is.

It's horrifying that we don't hear more about how there's multiple cases of this tech being used to terrorize middle school girls with deep fake sexual material with their faces.
