Up next! @marind.bsky.social, natl OS coordinator "What if we called together IPCC for #openscience?" 🇫🇷 has pushed aggressively in #openscience national strategy, fund, guides, repos, etc. There has been success BUT, diversity of practices makes #openscience difficult to implement.

Great discussion! Interesting overview of the articulation of Open Science incentives between the European/ national/ funder/ insitutional/ library levels. I love the "Lorraine policy": instead of telling people to do Open Science, the policy is "If you want to do things, come to us, ask for help".
