How does a guy who was in the military even 5 minutes not know how to do a military salute? His hands are way too vertical.

When 1 guy has more days of a government shutdown than 4 others combined over the last 45 years. 2 Dems and 2 Reps. Less than half the days of Trump. I dunno, maybe Trump has something to do with it?
