I think the only logical explanation is that their web host charges by the letter. Therefore, deleting all these webpages will save the government billions of dollars. Most people would think this reasoning sounds insane, but I think this is the likely explanation.

I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but I was told by people before the election that trump was never going to cut Medicaid, and I just don't think those people would lie to me.
