Representative Andy Ogles, Republican of Tennessee, has filed a resolution to amend the constitutional term limit for presidents from two terms to three, though only if a president’s first two terms were non-consecutive.

We have the PA turnout data. Dems lost this election on voter registration over the 4 year cycle, and turnout. And for the first presidential election in what is likely a very long time, the total turnout from registered GOPs exceeded that of Dems.
