That said there were a lot of things I really loved in the new season. Lawrence Fishburne, Sharlto Copley, and James Purefoy killed it. Love seeing the hansa play off each other, and I thought Hemsworth did a good job of bringing a softer more emotional Geralt to the forefront.

Fair enough. I think there’s a larger conversation to be had about the 8 episode streaming model (personally not a fan) when you’re trying to adapt an existing IP. Season one works differently because it was based off of short stories, whereas the later seasons have entire novels to get through.

Respectfully, I disagree. The whole witchers are unemotional thing is in world propaganda. Geralt *is* supposed to have feelings and care and be emotional, especially in the later books, and I think Hemsworth does a good job with that.
