Yep found the bit! Don't remember where I found it, but a good reverse image search turned up the original author. I'd forgotten that it was a penguin arriving to service the station. That's delightful.

Judge Dredd (image below from the 2012 film featuring Karl Urban) has these massive not-quite arcologies called megablocks. Residential towers with their own commercial and service sectors in one building The one there houses 75,000 people. Dredd also has a strong brutalist tone, not Eberron's vibe.

So to tease tonight's #characteraday build. Still in Shadowrun, but we're going to build two of the characters from Person of Interest, which is a personal favourite of mine. Not a huge fan of the wireless/AR matrix, but for this particular setting, it's perfect.

Okay, so we're going to Shadowrun for the next two characters I'm building for the #ttrpg #characteraday challenge. Choosing the right system for a character is often the most important part, and the crew of the PT Boat Black Lagoon fit perfectly into Shadowrun, as does Rokuro Okajima, or Rock.

Johannes is well dressed but that's not likely to provide him any benefit as far as armor. We're going to stat the cansword as a rapier since it fits with the d4 strength die. Sadly we don't have stats for the beloved Webley Boxer revolver in .577. A terrifying firearm.

@ass.golf here coming for Canadian academia. Though to be fair, I would not be surprised if we actually had that particular society gathering dust and funds somewhere because we can't get rid of it or get the money without royal assent. It's the kind of particularly dumb thing that happens here.
