Love my old fashioned crock pot, I got the tiny one so it doesn't take up much space. Or get a single induction hob, 19.99 and they have a timer built in that switches it off. Can't live without mine because I wander off to the desk and forget! Light and easy to clean.

In Greece you buy your local wine by the 'kilo' at the butchers shop. And yes, (health inspector trigger warning) that is a massive wood butcher's block!
