I worked with a guy who lived/worked in Bangalore. The company we both worked for (me in London, him in Bangalore) moved offices. The move meant his commute to cross the city would take 4 hours each way due to the traffic. He changed jobs to an office in same location as the one he was leaving

Unfortunately if you take a non folding bikes it becomes almost impossible to take the Eurostar due to their rules of carriage

It’s like the elephant in the room. Glasgow needs support from the surrounding areas and the Scot govt. Glasgow has been neutered by every colour of govt and each seems unwilling to help the city. Shortsightedness, fear of Glasgow, indifference? I honestly can’t understand the city’s treatment

Better still every driving test should require a day cycling in traffic. It would change a lot of behaviour.

Oh and it’s usually windy 15-25kmh on average

In Scotland 1-5c and damp air or rain is pretty much our default winter cycling weather. Summer of course brings 14-18c and damp or rain as our default. We suffer so that others don’t have too 😂
