I love the grunge, but this americana classic still rocks my turntable.
I've decided that my homemade sourdough bagels are better than any bagel in NYC that I've had. They always come out perfectly. I highly recommend the Kirkland Everything Bagel seasoning from Costco as a topping. It is a little more salt forward than others, but I love it.
