Idk, there was already a product for Linux nerds and it was called the computer. There was also a product for console gamers that didn't lock them out of some of the most popular games on earth via anti cheat, it was called a console. Steam deck made sense because it was portable and didn't suck

I know at one point YouTube added the ability for creators to AB test thumbnails, so sometimes it would show one thumbnail and sometimes it would show another one, allowing creators to see which style of thumbnail resulted in better metrics. So maybe it's that? Not 100% sure tho
