Split peas
Lentils
Cumin, garlic, coriander, and s&p
Boil ur water, rinse beans, turn off burner, add Great northern, split peas, let soak for 6-8 hours.
Remove pot from burner
Chop 1 yellow onion and sauté in 3Tbs butter
Add lentils, Boil until soft. Add onion and seasonings.
Split peas
