I've had a life-changing experience: bicycle rollers!
Now I can stay fit through a Scottish winter :) It's so good to be able to exercise no matter the weather.
Finding it quite difficult not to fall off but if you like cycling and are keen to develop good pedaling form that adds to the fun.
