I think if SCOTUS steps in, it will be just tell the Trump admin how to do tariffs without congress "the right way", which I'd imagine would be the way the Obama and Biden admins did it. I would honestly be shocked if they limit him more than they did Dem administrations.

I keep telling people, no one who is organized is going to take the opinions of someone who never even tried to organize too seriously. Go out, do the work, and then people will listen to your theories (and your theories will not remain the same if you try to put them in practice, they never do).
