I think if SCOTUS steps in, it will be just tell the Trump admin how to do tariffs without congress "the right way", which I'd imagine would be the way the Obama and Biden admins did it. I would honestly be shocked if they limit him more than they did Dem administrations.

The fact that doing something like this is normalized and not disqualifying even for Democrats is no small part how we got to where we are today.

I'm still pissed how they dismantled the public vaccination infrastructure just so pharmacies could get a cut (and so that people don't get ideas about public healthcare).
There was barely any discussion of it either, they just did it and everyone shrugged.
