We're starting with the horror genre! Movie No. 1 is Alice, Sweet, Alice (1976). It is about a troubled young girl who may 👀 or may not have killed her younger sister. Too many animal deaths for me, but is a solid proto-slasher with some interesting set design.

I'll sprinkle some new-to-me watches in here and there, but I wanna talk about movies I loved enough to keep for all these years.

I find this incredibly comforting, btw. I need these clips of John Waters to survive.

I live in a queer film bubble and I intend to keep it that way.

Not me finding "Notes on Camp" gender affirming.

For this project I started with It Came From the Closet by Joe Vallese (cannot recommend highly enough), the Midnight Mass podcast (also cannot recommend highly enough) and I have a couple more books I intend to work through.
