The core idea of "vibe coding" is to quickly build software that is low quality but kinda usable. It's built in a way where you have no idea how it works. It's a fast. It's kinda usable. It's ultimately crap.

In particular -- I've made a version of this argument on Twitter but I do believe geographic constraints are one of the few advantages media companies still have!

The reason someone pays for local news is because they want to "be a regular" even if they spend most of their time at home!
