OpenAI is now required by court order to preserve all ChatGPT logs including "temporary chats" and API requests that would have been deleted
if I understand this correctly, it means data retention policies for apps that use OpenAI API simply cannot be honored

I’m starting to learn that Intensity doesn’t have to look like rage, ego, or some primal liver king chest-pounding tomfoolery.
Intensity is devotion.
It’s commitment with tenacity, it’s love with passion, it’s showing up when you don’t want to because your commitment is sacred.

I couldn’t explain why I kept failing at the same things over and over again. I started gathering my data—tracking my sleep, my mood, my habits. I started seeing the hidden patterns that had been running me for years.
And once I saw it… I couldn’t unsee it.

I feel such an ache when what I create doesn’t match the vision in my mind.
At some point, the real decision becomes:
