It seems that they've been learning from Ferrari.
Reminded me of when Mercedes kept Lewis out on old tyres handing the championship to Verstappen.

Since the 2021 season I've had suspicions about the sport being rigged to cause sensation & attract mainly US viewers to sign up to pay per view.
I've attended my last ever F1 race & won't be paying to watch on TV for 2026. Hardly missed a race since 1966.

I just find it hard to comprehend that Ferrari cannot produce a car capable of winning the championship.
There's no point hiring top drivers to drive a 2nd class car.
Fernando, Sebastian, Lewis. Plus I firmly believe Charles could be a worthy champion with a decent car.

I believe they have the right people at the pointy end. It's the top brass that are the problem
Seems to be a corporate thing. The Italian people must be so disappointed.

The late great man himself Enzo Ferrari listened to Niki Lauda. Niki had the guts to say your cars can't win because they are shit.
Niki then explained all that was wrong. Enzo took notice & Ferrari became winners again. Why doesn't the board listen to the most experienced drivers in the team?

I half expected this during the race. Both cars were porpoising quite badly. All those sparks flying out the rear end are parts of the skid blocks.
Ride height a little to low for a poor quality bumpy track surface.
But there always seems to be something assisting Max.

I feel inclined to agree with you.
F1 used to be great. The pinnacle of motorsport. It is now so Americanised the sport seems to be more like the other showboating fake sports. It appears to be plastic with manipulated results

To be fair, it does look more like a highway in the photo

Interviewers won't do it because they are restricted by their employers. Those few that would will not be given the opportunity

I've seen so many drivers penalised for that style of driving, including the greats like Senna, Prost, Schumacher, etc. I dont get why Verstappen seems to get off so lightly.
Having said that F1 has changed in many ways since my day. Maybe a little to much for me

I'd like to see Fernando & Lewis reunited at Aston Martin. The drive & competition between them would almost certainly take the team to the front

Looks like the expectations are a cold wet weekend.
I hope for success at this not so good street circuit, but my confidence is low.

How about creating a public service where health care is free at the point of delivery. Instead of paying huge amounts to insurance companies, one pays a few dollars extra tax a month & medical treatment in hospital/ doctors is free at point of delivery? Like Canada or UK for instance

It's so sad that Ferrari have lost the ability to build a car capable of winning a championship.

I find it strange when other drivers adopt the driving style of Max they get hit with penalties. It seems to me certain drivers are exempt from certain rules.

The way Trump treats the citizens of USA reminds me of Robert Mugabe when citizens of Zimbabwe began to see his true character
November 9, 2025 at 10:47 PM
I rate this lad. He has the makings of a champion.
Maybe he'll make F1 interesting again. Because over the last decade F1 has become quite boring.
Ground effect failed last time & this time hasn't been better.

Max pulls that stunt far to often. Very rarely gets any penalty for it. I sometimes wonder if ex convict Daddy Verstappen is instructing the FIA stewards

F1 isn't a patch on how it used to be. Having been a F1 fan since the mid 1960's I've seen the good, the bad & the ugly sides of the sport. I've stopped attending races due to cost & health. But many now aren't much of a sporting event. To much interference from FIA. To many inexplicable penalties
October 26, 2025 at 10:52 PM
Ferrari I'm afraid will only get back to winning ways you work as a racing team instead of a corporate company having to run every decision through a boardroom. Charles & Lewis deserve better.

While ever the people put the ultra wealthy in to rule the country, the results will continue. Rich getting richer & poor getting poorer.

I dont like Max but I'd have probably done similar. But not with a kid in the vehicle.
