Hi Tammy! My family made a noodle dish this year along with other Vietnamese dishes. We made Bun Rieu, it’s a crab noodle dish. There was also a Vietnamese curry chicken and banh trang tron, a rice paper mixed with a bunch of toppings. Let me know if you like the dishes if you try them!

Hi Olivia! I also chose this barrier when I looked at the list. I am also a commuter student who drives about 4 hours total for school everyday. I also have to pick up my siblings after school. So, I definitely find it hard to plan and prepare healthy meals. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Liana, I liked the information you provided about women’s multivitamins. I think that I should start taking a multivitamin since I also feel like I don’t get enough vitamins from my meals. I also found that multivitamins help with nutrient intake which I need more of. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
