I’m in the airport and there was a little United Airlines lending library. Look what I found!! With the nicer cover, too! I read this back then, along with A Girl Named Disaster.

Also, here’s an expressive grackle who drank water right beside me and then looked at me like, “What? You talkin’ to me? You got somethin’ for me? What?” 😁

I’ve had a whirlwind of a day. Will report on my time as part of the Texas Book Festival tomorrow or something.

All I’ll say about today is that I’ve been on a Waymo (again) and the one meal I ate today was delivered by a robot who got hearts in its eyes when it saw me. 🤖❤️

Was just checking to see where I am and noticed that “gulf of America” bullshit. Man, he really needs to get the f*ck out of office. His dirty fingerprints are on too many things.

They politely waited for me to finish taking my shower, 😊:

Someone said that Trump “shut down” when the guy fainted and now I can’t unsee it, 😁.

It was above the mountains in about two minutes. I never realized how quickly the moon moves (or shall I say the Earth).

I happened to be on my walk near my local mountain when I found myself watching the Supermoon rise, 🌕😃.

Just saw this. But I’m still gonna wait until tomorrow.

One of the best things about living here is that when I’m down, I can just go outside my door. I always see something “normal spectacular” that pulls me out of my funk. Sometimes it’s a lizard, hummingbird, cactus, quail, etc. Today, it was this sunset. 🌅 Gorgeous.

Was watching a movie last night while these two were dramatically sleeping beside me. Space heaters have such a hilarious effect of cats, 😆.

When did people start coding EVERYTHING by age??? It’s so bizarre and limiting.

Must they do their wrasslin’ under my desk, right beside me, 😆. I guess they need an audience, 🙄.

Spotted this bird earlier today. A Say’s Phoebe?? It was sunset, hence the bright color, I think.

I’ve only heard a Say’s Phoebe call at 4AM. This will be my first daylight sighting, if that’s who this is, 😊.

Next to mangos, pomegranates and lychees, this is the best fruit ever, 😋.

“Why Has Trump Been Flirting With a Third Term?: Trump cannot be president again. But he and his loyal followers have every reason for wanting to make people think he can.”

Great article. Read it in full here: www.thenation.com/article/poli...

But here is the heart of it:

I can’t look at these and not be reminded of the Sandcrawler in Star Wars, 😆.
