In Celtic and Druidic tradition, the wren was a bird of wisdom and divination. Its name in Gaelic (dreoilín) and Welsh (dryw) is often linked to the words for "druid" or "tree-knower," and its complex songs were once thought to be prophetic messages for priests.

Minimum wage hitting near $20/hr Jan 1 in Denver! Good! Great!

But the problem is the other end of the economy, where billionaires can amass and hold unlimited amounts of money. Essentially removing it from the active economy.

We need a maximum wage

I propose a Brewster's billions law

Spend it

There's no such thing as stealing food. Food is a basic need to live and one couldn't possibly expect someone to just sit there and starve to death because rules

What is being stolen is profit potential from someone who has chosen to profitze this basic need

The Senate represents the "land"
2 per state no matter the size

The house represents the "people" per population size

Texas has 8 million registered democrats compared to 6 million registered republicans

Before redistricting Texas had 25 Republican Representatives vs 10 Democrats

Target: can you throw this away for me?

Me: uh sure

T: thanks! That'll be $200

Me: ....

T: would you like to save 5% today and every day by signing up for a target red card?

Me: what's the interest rate?

T: 20%

Me: no thank you?

Archeologists: this animal dominated the planet for a million years!

Me: so we've found lots of fossils?

Archs: yes!

Me: how many?

Archs: Six! Well, five and a half... and most of those don't have skulls

Me: isn't that a big leap?

Archs: prove me wrong!

Hey Chuck, wanna fly that plane into that hurricane? It hasn't had any maintenance in six months and, uh... you won't be getting paid

Me: "No?"

McD's: "Ok then, you can go sit in the corner and wait for your food"

34 people killed in 50 days. Their guilt or innocence unknown, for an alleged crime that doesn't carry a death sentence. That's a lot of death.

Rally checklist;

Mask (its flu season)

Wet towels (it might get messy)

Sneakers (you might have to outrun a few fatties)

Know your exits (helmets and gas masks terribly restrict vision)

To anyone going to the rallies this weekend... know your rights, stand up for each other, and keep each other safe. There's way more of us than them, and they know it. In fact, it terrifies them

Power comes from the consent of the governed. Alas, we resist

How we take it back

1) impeach (we can do it)

2) redistricting amendment (ban gerrymandering)

3) expand the supreme court (demand democratic representation)

As a historical fact, when Guy A kills Guy B and takes over, it is considered a legitimate change in government by historians. We don't go around saying Guy B's government is illegitimate.

We've always had peaceful transfers of power in this country by choice, in defiance of history

Reuters photographer Jonathan Ernst noticed that Bondi flipped open a file during the Senate hearing and he zoomed in.

Inside were her crib notes for attacking the senators.

The GOP now practicing Cliff's Notes Fascism

In other words, under oath Bondi was purely a performance.

They're not rights because they're inalienable...

Or because Thomas Jefferson or John Adams said so...

Or the supreme court or even the president says so...

They're rights because you demand they are.

Because you're a god damned human being
