That jives with this shit I saw on LinkedIn. My suggestion is, consider leaving them the fuck alone? Maybe highly experienced people (hi!) can be trusted to judge which tools will improve their work for themselves?
A LinkedIn post from a CEO complaining that senior engineers won’t consistently use AI dev tools culminating in: “This is unsustainable, and no-one developing software going forward should be doing it all by hand… Ideas on how best to get our senior engineers to fully make the leap to starting every coding task with a prompt?”
