Somehow, I had something very similar happen to me earlier this year with an Amazon gift card. I filed off the sticker covering the redeem code, only to find that there was no redeem code in the first place.
Afterwards, I threw said gift card in the trash.

Indeed I do have quite a handful of them with the purpose of making a soundfont with the raw HD samples, though the file size for it as of now is quite large despite still largely being a work in progress.

Hopefully the country doesn't completely fall apart under *you know who's* reign of terror by then.
Then again, even if we do survive to the 2028 elections, that doesn't exactly guarantee all will go perfectly fine, even though HE (fortunately) won't be running for president again that time around.
