If you think what’s happening in Minnesota with ICE is bad , imagine how bad the situation must be in ICE detention centers where we cannot see. The Trump Administration won’t even let in Congresspeople who have the constitutional right to survey the premises. What don’t they want us to see?

Surely his advisors will tell Trump it will be disastrous with his base if he commutes Maxwell’s sentence. Whatever she has on him, he might as well not give in to because now that the gov’t is reopening, the courts will force Johnson to swear in Grijalva and the Epstein will be released.

I believe that Donald Trump WANTS a shutdown. A shutdown government is easier w dismantle, easier to take over. He thinks that if he lets things get bad enough, the American people will give him anything he wants to takeover and “save” them.
